Dr Jess Morgan- speaker, educator, change maker.
Bridging healthcare, education, and wellbeing to help children and young people thrive

About Jess
Dr Jess Morgan works at the intersection of healthcare, education, and wellbeing to help children and young people thrive. Through speaking, workshops, and community connection, she supports educators, leaders, and health professionals to create environments where young people feel seen, understood, and empowered while adults are supported to flourish too.
With over a decade of experience as a clinical paediatrician before retraining as a primary teacher, Jess brings a unique dual lens to her work. This combination of healthcare and education insight allows her to understand both the systemic pressures adults face and the impact these have on children, enabling her to design strategies that support adults and young people alike.
Why book Jess?
Jess delivers talks that are insightful, relatable, and deeply impactful, inspiring audiences to reflect, connect, and take action. Whether speaking to healthcare teams, educators, leaders, or parents and carers, Jess has a proven ability to leave audiences thinking differently and feeling empowered to make change.

“Jess’ ability to blend storytelling with evidence-based insights makes her an unforgettable voice for change in healthcare and beyond.”
