Whether it's supporting sensory experiences, navigating social confusion, or managing big feelings, she leans into the conversations that are often left unspoken with compassion, practical strategies, and effective communication tools.

Event Feedback

The feedback was so overwhelmingly positive! Jess’ talk was the most mentioned webinar of the day. It was so informative, engaging and powerful and was exactly what I had hoped for from the brief – if not more!

Her talks including 'What can I realistically do in 10 minutes?' and 'When school becomes impossible' encourage people to view behaviour through an alternative lens and lean into the small things that make a big difference to families.    Jess also delivers keynotes and workshops on healthcare worker wellbeing, blending lived experience with professional expertise. Her talk ‘Beyond the Hero Narrative’ has received high praise, reconnecting audiences with humanity in healthcare.

Event Feedback

Jess was a show-stopper, bringing utter, raw honesty mixed with genuine lived and living experience of mental ill-health to challenge her audience (which she held spell-bound for an hour) to reframe our cultural language in order to avoid stigmatization, to find genuine reflective space, and make real and lasting change.
