Supporting educators and school leaders to understand how young people's brains work, navigate complex conversations with families, and build inclusive classrooms. Jess translates research into practice.

Speaker and educator working at the centre of healthcare, education, and wellbeing.
Helping educators, healthcare professionals, parents, and leaders understand behaviour, build genuine connection, and support young people to thrive.
Jess spent over a decade as a paediatrician in the NHS, understanding what children and families face in healthcare systems. Then in 2019, she retrained as a primary school teacher, and that combination shaped everything she does now.
Healthcare and education each offer a different window into a child’s world. Jess’s experience in both fields has shown her what becomes possible when we bring those perspectives together and see the whole child.
She helps professionals and parents move beyond labels, see behaviour as communication, and create environments where young people genuinely belong.
